Electronic Health Record Migration

VIVO Health Pharmacy migrated to a new electronic health record and pharmacy operating system, Epic, on November 1, 2025. This is part of a Northwell Health initiative designed to create a more seamless and connected healthcare experience for you. This will enable your pharmacy records to be part of a single, secure health record system, which allows all your Northwell providers and the VIVO team to work together more effectively on your behalf. See FAQs.

Refill Your Prescriptions

  • Requesting a Refill by Phone

    To request a refill, contact the Vivo Health Pharmacy where you originally filled your prescription. We can arrange for convenient home delivery and set up a recurring refill.

  • Requesting a Refill Online

    Please visit northwell.edu/mynorthwell or download the MyNorthwell App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • New to Vivo

    We will work with your current pharmacy and provider to ensure a seamless transition. Transfer your prescriptions and get started today.
