Electronic Health Record Migration

VIVO Health Pharmacy migrated to a new electronic health record and pharmacy operating system, Epic, on November 1, 2025. This is part of a Northwell Health initiative designed to create a more seamless and connected healthcare experience for you. This will enable your pharmacy records to be part of a single, secure health record system, which allows all your Northwell providers and the VIVO team to work together more effectively on your behalf. See FAQs.

NOTE: You can pick up your prescription at a location near you or have it delivered directly to your door. Please note that certain specialty medications may only be available at specific sites.

To get your prescriptions from Vivo Health Pharmacy, choose one of the steps below.

  • Transfer your existing prescriptions.

    Call us at (833) 345-8486 and we’ll work with your current pharmacy and provider to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Ask your doctor to send any new prescriptions to us.

    When your doctor asks where you'd like your prescriptions sent, request Vivo Health Pharmacy.
