To get your prescriptions from Northwell’s Vivo Health Pharmacy, choose one of the steps below. 

  • Transfer your existing prescriptions.

    Call us at (800) 345-8486 and we’ll work with your current pharmacy and provider to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Ask your doctor to send any new prescriptions to us.

    When your doctor asks where you'd like your prescriptions sent, request Northwell’s Vivo Health Pharmacy.

Check with your Pharmacy Benefit Manager to see if Vivo Health Pharmacy is in network. Please note, you are able to choose any pharmacy for discharge and refill prescriptions. Your pharmacy can contact Vivo Pharmacy and request a transfer for further refills.
